01The starting point
Understand the whole before building the parts
Kitchen and bathroom projects bring many technical requirements into a compact space. Visible design decisions also determine plumbing, ventilation, waterproofing and the supporting structure.
We build from the technical base outward: dimensions, connections and waterproofing first; stone, tiling, joinery and installation afterwards.

02The delivery journey
Each phase deliberately builds on the last
We first translate the design into exact connection points, then build a dependable technical base and carefully coordinate every sightline in the finishes.

Phase 02

04The difference
What we continue to manage throughout
Our responsibility
Kitchens and bathrooms need to withstand moisture, heat, intensive use and years of maintenance. Their lasting quality is established before the first tile or cabinet front is fitted.
One coordinated set of dimensions and a shared construction programme prevent improvised solutions during installation. The result is a composed space in which appliances, sanitaryware, light and materials work naturally together.
A calm, refined room supported by waterproofing, services and connections that remain reliable in daily use.
Start your renovationMillimetres determine whether cabinet fronts, taps, niches, tile layouts and bespoke elements align cleanly.
Wet areas are correctly constructed and adequately ventilated for lasting performance in everyday use.
We coordinate external kitchen and sanitaryware suppliers with the construction programme and the preparation they require.
Before you begin
Existing condition, scope, structural alterations, building services and material choices together determine the investment. After an initial conversation and assessment, we develop the scope and costs. A budget range helps us advise you more precisely.
The work, preparation, deliveries and availability determine the programme. We discuss your preferred start and agree on sequence and decision points before construction begins.
You can contact us during the early planning stage. Tell us what is already available. We discuss which drawings, advisers and checks your project needs and who will prepare them.
This depends on the work and whether rooms and facilities can remain safely available. For major work, we discuss phasing and whether temporary accommodation or an interruption of use is needed.
