Expertise D03

Kitchen
& bathroom

Rooms where materials, services and daily use meet down to the millimetre.

D03

Understand the whole before building the parts

Used every day.
Designed to the millimetre.

Kitchen and bathroom projects bring many technical requirements into a compact space. Visible design decisions also determine plumbing, ventilation, waterproofing and the supporting structure.

We build from the technical base outward: dimensions, connections and waterproofing first; stone, tiling, joinery and installation afterwards.

Each phase deliberately builds on the last

From first insight
to one result.

We first translate the design into exact connection points, then build a dependable technical base and carefully coordinate every sightline in the finishes.

01

Phase 01

Test the design technically

Layouts, equipment, sanitaryware and materials are translated into exact connection points.

02

Phase 02

Build the technical base

Water, drainage, power, ventilation and substrates are prepared in the right sequence.

03

Phase 03

Deliver precise finishes

Joint lines, sightlines, stone, plaster and bespoke elements are coordinated together.

04

Phase 04

Connect and test

Equipment and sanitaryware are installed, tested and handed over ready for use.

True luxury lies in a room where services work quietly out of sight and every detail falls precisely into place.

When your project needs more than construction.

  • A kitchen or bathroom within a larger renovation
  • A new layout requiring plumbing and electrical services to be moved
  • High-quality tiling, sanitaryware or bespoke kitchen work
  • Projects where technical requirements and interior detailing need to work together

What we continue to manage throughout

Quality becomes visible.
Coherence is managed.

Kitchens and bathrooms need to withstand moisture, heat, intensive use and years of maintenance. Their lasting quality is established before the first tile or cabinet front is fitted.

One coordinated set of dimensions and a shared construction programme prevent improvised solutions during installation. The result is a composed space in which appliances, sanitaryware, light and materials work naturally together.

A calm, refined room supported by waterproofing, services and connections that remain reliable in daily use.

01

Dimensions and connection points

Millimetres determine whether cabinet fronts, taps, niches, tile layouts and bespoke elements align cleanly.

02

Waterproofing and ventilation

Wet areas are correctly constructed and adequately ventilated for lasting performance in everyday use.

03

Suppliers and installation sequence

We coordinate external kitchen and sanitaryware suppliers with the construction programme and the preparation they require.

Frequently asked questions.

What determines the cost of my renovation?

Existing condition, scope, structural alterations, building services and material choices together determine the investment. After an initial conversation and assessment, we develop the scope and costs. A budget range helps us advise you more precisely.

How is the programme determined?

The work, preparation, deliveries and availability determine the programme. We discuss your preferred start and agree on sequence and decision points before construction begins.

Do I already need drawings and permits?

You can contact us during the early planning stage. Tell us what is already available. We discuss which drawings, advisers and checks your project needs and who will prepare them.

Can the property remain occupied during the work?

This depends on the work and whether rooms and facilities can remain safely available. For major work, we discuss phasing and whether temporary accommodation or an interruption of use is needed.

Do you have
plans?

Tell us what you have in mind. We will review the possibilities, approach and a realistic next step.
