For this 1932 villa, the challenge was not simply to add space but to connect old and new in a way that feels inevitable. We extended the first floor, constructed a side extension and added several dormers as parts of one architectural composition.

The building and structural alterations were coordinated directly with the services. We renewed the installations, installed underfloor heating and delivered the kitchen, bathroom and WC as integral parts of the new layout.

With new window frames, doors, floors and complete finishing, we delivered the villa from structure through to interior. The gain in space and comfort is clear, without losing the home's original character.
