This 1935 semi-detached home was completely renewed internally across two floors. After demolition, we extended the ground floor and adapted the structure to create more light, more space and a logical connection between the living areas.

The new layout was technically organised around daily use from the outset. We installed new heating and electrical systems and plumbing, while fully preparing the bathroom, WC and kitchen within the same delivery plan.

Insulation, ceilings, floors and complete finishing then brought every element together. The result is not an old house with a separate extension, but one clear and comfortable home in which existing and new flow naturally into one another.
