We completely stripped the former restaurant and rebuilt it as a chocolaterie. The shop, coffee corner and atelier were not treated as separate functions, but as one welcoming environment where presentation, production and experience reinforce each other.

Behind the visible retail concept, we delivered the full production area, connections for specialist equipment, sanitary facilities and a workshop cellar. Electrical, water and heating systems were also fully adapted to the new commercial use.

From floors and ceilings to window frames and complete finishing, we delivered the transformation from A to Z. The result supports professional production while carrying the crafted identity of Koek & Chocolade throughout.
