This heritage property in Voorschoten was completely stripped internally and reorganised across three floors. Every building and structural intervention was weighed against the existing architecture, allowing renewal to support its historic character rather than overwrite it.

We gave the building a completely new technical core with heating, electrical and water installations and underfloor heating. The bathroom, WC and kitchen were integrated with the renewed staircase and roof terrace in one coherent layout for contemporary use.

Bespoke work, floors, plastering and painting formed the final layer of the complete renovation. The property now functions as a comfortable whole while retaining the calm, proportions and identity of the monument.
