A new-build handover is not automatically a personal, finished home. In Bilthoven, we delivered the complete interior finish and developed the standard new-build base into an interior ready for immediate use.

The lighting plan and bespoke lighting were coordinated with the rooms, sightlines and daily routines. We also completed the bathroom and sanitary work, and treated floors, walls and ceilings as one consistent finishing package.

After the painting and installation work, we also laid out and finished the exterior space. Inside and outside therefore follow the same calm quality line, making the home feel personal from the very first day rather than generically delivered.
