We completely stripped the interior across all three floors. This exposed the original structure once more and allowed us to rebuild the house not as a collection of separate rooms, but as one coherent new whole.

Structural alterations, new intermediate floors and new staircases formed the basis of the layout. From there, we prepared the bathroom, WC and kitchen and renewed the complete heating, electrical and water installations.

Finally, we insulated the home and completed the floors, plastering and painting. A 1920 house was rebuilt from structure through to finish, combining contemporary comfort with the character that makes the property distinctive.
