New comfort.

The original details provided the starting point for this 1890 home. Decorative mouldings, fireplaces and other characteristic elements were retained and restored wherever possible, keeping its history visibly present in the new interior.

Behind them, we brought the home fully up to contemporary comfort. The kitchen and bathrooms were renewed, energy-efficient systems installed and floors, walls and ceilings insulated to strengthen the historic building technically.

Plastering, painting and complete interior finishing connect both periods. Old and new do not compete for attention, but reinforce one another in a calm and durable whole.
