Three apartments

We completely stripped the former factory and adjoining warehouse to make way for a new residential structure. Structural alterations, an additional intermediate floor and a renewed stairwell established the basis for three independent apartments.

We then built each unit as a complete home. All three received independent services, kitchens and bathrooms, with layouts centred on privacy, daylight and practical day-to-day use.

Insulation and complete finishing brought the three homes together within one carefully transformed building. Where production and storage once took place, a new residential destination emerged with three distinct identities.
